Discovery

A consultation meeting clarifies the vision, design preferences, functionality requirements, timelines and budget considerations.

Site Visit & Feasibility

Our technical team assesses accessibility, topography, utilities, drainage and suitability — then prepares a site report with recommendations.

Design & Agreement

Concept Design & Planning

The design team develops floor plans, concepts and visualizations, refined through client feedback until approval.

Costing & Proposal

A detailed proposal covers scope of works, specifications, timelines, payment schedules, assumptions, exclusions and total project cost.

Contract Signing

A formal construction agreement is executed. Mobilization begins after receipt of the agreed deposit.

Build & Delivery

Project Execution

Procurement, fabrication, construction, installation and finishing works — with regular progress reports and updates.

Quality Control & Inspection

Comprehensive inspections verify workmanship, functionality, structural integrity and compliance with specifications.

Client Handover

Site Visits & Assessments

Site visits are chargeable and vary depending on project location, distance, accessibility, personnel required and the scope of the assessment.
